Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Is there any additional charge for returning the trailer late?
All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All necessary equipment is included in the rental price.
How do I book a trailer?
Every trailer on this site books online through its own live calendar, any time of day. Pick your unit, pick your dates, and you are set. No call required, though we are happy to help if you have questions first.
Trailers, Towing & Sizing
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Are tie-downs or straps provided?
Yes, all straps are included with our car haulers.
How do I know which trailer fits my load?
Each trailer's own page lists its size, weight rating, and what it is built to haul. If you are not sure which one fits the job, call or text us with what you are hauling and we will point you to the right unit.
What do I need to bring at pickup?
Bring a valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of towing the unit you booked. We check your hitch and lights before you leave the lot, and straps come with every car hauler.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent a trailer.
Can I take the trailer to another state?
Yes, we charge based on rental time, not mileage.
Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately, delivery services are not available.
